A well-established integrated global healthcare organization is looking for an HR Manager to oversee the implementation of HR programs and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, incentives, benefits, training and development, budget and other HR-related matters.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
  • Oversee the implementation of HR programs together with the HR team
  • Monitor administration to established standards and procedures such as recruitment turnaround time 
  • Keep abreast of the latest ongoing employment laws in the respective country and/or region and adhere to compliance
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and resolves any discrepancies in the processes
  • Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
  • Provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, incentives, benefits, training and development, budget and other HR-related matters
  • Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company
  • Monitor all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment
 
Skills/Experience:
  • At least 4 years of Human Resources experience preferably in the retail field
  • Broad knowledge in the area of talent acquisition, talent development, compensations & benefits, etc.
  • Experience in implementing solid HR policies and processes
