Our client is one of the leading providers of productivity, safety and hygiene solutions servicing into Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Semiconductor/Electronics and Research sector in the region.  Our client is currently seeking for a Territory Sales Manager to manage work with distributors / Channel Partners to understand their capabilities and go-to-market strategies.
The incumbent is expected to maintain and grow the business in his/her assigned territory to meet Sales and Profit targets. Active acquisition of new customers, introduction of new products to existing customers, appointment of new distributors/channel partners, and through Geographic Expansions. The incumbent uses his/her highly tuned interpersonal skills, segment knowledge, and the understanding of Company scientific products to provide our Targeted End Users with differentiated solutions that meet their needs. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong sales background with hunter’s drive and positivity. Ability to work with Marketing, Partners and clients to influence at senior level. Good understanding of data and analytical skill to interpret information. Knowledge and experience in managing B2B, dealer or distributor management. Proficient coaching and people development skills pertaining to both direct and indirect reports. Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development. Gathering information and identifying key issues relevant to achieving a long-term goal and vision. Understanding of Pharmaceutical or electronics process is an added advantage. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Japanese is essential. Willing to travel 60-70% within Japan.
