Our client is a Regional organization servicing into Laboratory, Lifesciences, Biomedical & Medical Devices industries worldwide.

The incumbent will be the key driver for long-term and short-term business strategies for Vietnam. Strategize customer base expansion based on effectiveness of sales strategies/plans. Drive a culture of continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. to improve sales targets. Formulate key performance indicators and ensure tracking mechanisms to encourage team performance. To develop and build long-term strategic relationships with key clients and customers to achieve business objectives. In charge of pricing, discounts and contract negotiations with key clients/customers to facilitate distribution/business agreements and achieve targeted margins. Develop new accounts and effective channel management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have accumulated at least 6-8 years of working experience within the relevant industry with at least 3 years of leadership and team management role. Hands-on advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry / market / competitors / customers within the Medical Devices industry in Vietnam will be ideal.
