The Job

  • As product Owner for the employee benefits platform, you will play a key role in driving the platform operating model and architecture solution to ensure scalability
  • Work with stakeholders to conceptualize, drive and implement the platform Asia
  • Drive and prioritize the benefit offerings on the platform. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external parties to create an eco-system on the platform to continuously avail important and relevant benefit features, programs & capabilities.
  • Drive initiatives, align on priorities and deliver a comprehensive program plan including milestones that has clear, actionable and measurable benefits (e.g. key performance indicator improvements, change management and communication programs).
  • Ensure all initiatives / projects are properly followed up, communicated and delivered on schedule.
  • Stay on top of industry trends. Have an eye, and passion, for the latest technologies and innovations and be able to identify potential uses.
  • Provide leadership, vision, and coach / mentor less experienced team members (people management)

  • Minimum Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Business Information Technology Computer Science, Engineering or similar areas
  • 10 - 15 years of professional experience within Digital Transformation / Platform Business / Technology or equivalent combination
  • At least 5 years of program or project management experience
  • Broad knowledge of current IT technologies and trends
  • knowledge of full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent ability to multi-task, exceptional planning, forward thinking, critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use data, research and metrics to back up intuition assessment and decision making
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Energetic, determined, passionate and courageous to drive large scale transformation efforts in the organization
  • Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills with ability to facilitate strategy, requirements and business value conversations with stakeholders of all levels
  • Flexibility to travel
