A unique opportunity has become available for a Sourcing Manager to build a new business line for an expanding consumer organization. Reporting to the President, you will establish a global supplier base, develop a category management model and ensure compliance with import and export regulations for product lines.
 
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for sourcing animal nutrition products, veterinary medicines and supplements. Through strategic sourcing, you will develop a strong supplier network providing an array of products for the new business line. As a key driver for new business operations, the Sourcing Manager will oversee the supply chain which will include inventory management, warehousing, logistics and import/export.
 
The successful candidate must have sourcing experience with animal related medicines and supplements. You will have strong regional and global procurement knowledge and a solid understanding of supply chain management. To be successful in this role, the candidate will have in-depth procurement experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for building a procurement function.
