A well-established insurance firm is looking for an HR data analyst to take the lead in the conveyance of cross-functional HR data and process analytics. The chosen candidate will be tasked with the building and upkeep of the enterprise dashboard which will include metrics for use in HR and the overall organization. This analyst will work in collaboration with Data Governance stakeholders to document existing procedures as well as identify existing gaps in order to maintain consistency across the board.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Guide the HR community on standard operating procedures on data related programs
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data
  • Workforce planning of the organization
  • Build and consistently update the enterprise dashboard governance, looking into analysis of attrition, talent and retention
  • Investigate data to derive trends within the organization to provide insights into process improvement and solutions assessment
  • Be the HR analytics expert for the unit
  • Relevant degree in Data Analytics or a related field
  • Relevant experience as a Data Analyst with experience in workforce planning
  • Strong understanding of data structure, multiple system platform integration and data transformation
  • Strong understanding of SAP systems and HR Modules
