A leading healthcare organisation is seeking for an experience program leader.

This role spearheads the enterprise group delivery operations function, proactively engages C-suit stakeholders to manage IT demand and priorities, as well as ensuring delivery to organisation 5 years transformation road map. He/she will need to work closely with Group Delivery Group to ensure projects/ product/ program implementations. Ideally candidate who has min of 10 years of experience in managing large complex IT programs in a SI environment and seeking to move into a management role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish adequate direct and indirect resource supply
  • Drive and manage demand qualification and capacity expansion
  • Oversee demand fulfilment which includes structuring a process and measurement in place for pre-assessment and establishing/formalising effort estimation mode
  • Ensure stakeholders satisfaction and buy-in
  • Ensure adherence to financial targets and delivery KPIs of Delivery Group
  • Deliver special projects and central capabilities; such as service transition and operations, central test capability, methods, delivery training
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT related field
  • Strong project management and service delivery skills in large-scale and complex systems, with experience in leading large IT delivery operations
  • Excellent skills to manage multiple stakeholders including senior management at C-levels
  • Solid stakeholder management skills with ability to grasp complex issues and work with internal team on the solutions
  • 20 years of relevant IT project experiences with implementations of at least 8-10 project cycles
