An award-winning public healthcare organization is looking for an HR Planning manager to establish and drive the manpower planning, projection and costing in order to develop sustainable strategic, developmental and operational plans. To succeed in this role, you have to possess excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the experience to lead and deal with challenging and complex situations.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage budgeting exercises
  • Collaborate with HODs to understanding business needs and translate them into quantifiable headcount requirements
  • Provide estimated manpower costing
  • Collate and produce quarterly HR Reports to Senior Management and HR Business Partners
 
Skills/Experience:
  • Relevant experience within workforce/manpower planning with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
  • Strong understanding of SAP systems and HR Modules
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
