Asset Manager (Property)

This role will be part of the growing Property team supporting the growth of the company in the Real Estate sector.
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies and monitor performance of assets
  • Prepare budgets and periodic forecasts
  • Identify and analyse investment opportunities
  • Economic / Market Analysis
Key requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, building/facilities management or other relevant disciplines
  • 3-5 year of investment/asset management experience
  • Report writing, financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting
  • Mandarin speaking; to liaise with associates and stakeholders
