Our client is one of the global suppliers of technology to the healthcare industry and a leader in medical diagnostics
He/She will lead a team to drive new business development and identify growth potential within Indonesia. Ensure the team has clear direction to continue to penetrate new accounts with strong follow up, networking and events participations. Influencing KOLs and be the company’s spoke person for all relevant events.  Align with Finance, Sales and Marketing managers to lead the development of country sales programs such as install base retention, demo programs and deal escalations. Coordinate and align system evaluations, validation & quality records. Support product launches together with the regional & global marketing teams. Collect competitors’ information and gather market intelligence from clients’ feedback to share with regional team. Work with internal team to provide technical presentations for key customers aligned with global business strategy. Value-add in customer and medical meetings by providing tailored solutions or alternatives to address their needs.
In order to be successful in this role, the candidate should have at least 10-15 years of Diagnostic experience with 5-7 years in leadership role. Strong communicator, dynamic and driven to lead a dynamic team. Ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders by being a subject matter expert within this area of expertise will be highly appreciated.
