Our client is a leading US MNC in the AV, Unified Communications & IOT space. We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to run their marketing programs in Asia (South East Asia, North East Asia and India).

You will be an integral member of the marketing team within the APAC region. The role consists of leading a team to deliver strategic and tactical programs to assist in lead generation activities and brand engagement in Asia. This includes management & tracking of all integrated marketing activities, (including but not limited to) events, PR, advertising and promotions, channel marketing (dealers), end-users outreach campaigns etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & PR
  • Work with stakeholders to implement the company's global brand message/vision
  • Develop case studies for all verticals – Enterprise, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare, Government
  • Guide Regional Marketing Managers on thought leadership profiling for key senior management executives (brand ambassadors) in business, tech, trade-related media
Leads Generation
  • Responsible for developing a marketing plan with the internal stakeholders, channel marketing (dealers) and end-user engagement strategies
  • Develop targeted tactical and branding campaigns via integrated marketing (A&P, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events etc) primarily to effectively generate leads, build and reinforce brand/product awareness.
  • Align brand awareness and lead generation efforts across different marketing disciplines - digital marketing, PR, advertising & promotions and events marketing.
  • Work closely with APAC Digital Marketing Specialist to plan digital marketing campaigns e.g. Brand awareness, SEM, social media, content distribution etc
Events Management
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Managers to conceptualize and run key brand event(s), partner launch announcements, product launches, solutions showcase event(s) and tradeshow/ conferences participations
  • Coach and Supervise project implementation for Regional Marketing Managers for all events
Required Competencies, Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified in marketing, communications, digital marketing, advertising or related fields.
  • Marketing Managers with at least 8 to 10 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with project management experience
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns and flow-through process from website to tracking campaigns in salesforce
  • Strategic thinker. Passion for marketing, technology, and digital fields
  • Understanding of business and end-user insights, trends and cultures in the Asia Pacific region
  • Be able to travel within Asia region for events and business trips and the ability to deal with business units across time zones and regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
