The incumbent will need to ensure that field activities, such as customer visits and walk-about surveys, are properly planned, organized and executed to achieve maximum productivity and effectiveness. To monitor all quotations generated, ensure that they are professionally followed-up in such a way as to maximize sales. Fully aware of the reasons on lost deal to recommend the changes required so as to ensure that future quotations have a higher chance of being converted to orders. Constant business development activity to expand pipeline within the region. To develop a full understanding of the industrial base allocated and be aware of the market activities and the competition within this segment. Ability to Identify and qualify the sales opportunities to ensure accurate forecast reporting to the company.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5-8 years of sales experience with good technical understanding. Exposure to multi-channel and direct sales model, preferably in the area of engineering solutions selling approach. Relevant work experience within F&B, Healthcare, and Industrial will be ideal.
