The Factory Manager will plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day production to optimize productivity. He/ She will manage production cost, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. He will be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping. He will also drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. In charge of plant utility supply such as water, electricity, refrigerator, steam. Manage and control on equipment and machine control such preventive maintenance. Wastewater treatment control and effectively manage Repair and Construction Requisition. Responsible for the storage and delivery of raw material, and control all kinds of by-products management to address Thai and overseas markets.
Manage quality policy and support on any quality management system that is being used and implement in the company such as 5S, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2008. Review document of repair and construction requisition, PR, and approve the document as belonging to Production Division, Engineering Division and Warehouse & Logistics Division. Staff management and production scheduling to ensure optimal productivity and performance
To be successful, you must possess a Degree with at least 8-15 years of Food Production Factory experience in Thailand. Hands-on operation experience in a food manufacturing experience in Thailand is mandatory. Strong leadership and effective communicator to encourage teamwork.
