Our client is an American multinational company serving the combined industries of health information technology and clinical research. They are a provider of biopharmacetuical development and commercial outsourcing services.

As the Senior Director, Salesforce Effectiveness, APAC, you will be tasked to support clients with sales & medical solutions. The purpose of this is to allow Clients to accelerate business transformation by providing new capabilities and freeing up resources to allow for more innovation.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of over 200 headcount within the APAC region
  • Identify, develop and maintain new and current accounts
  • Oversee sales, operational delivery and M&A to build footprint and capability
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in contract sales force, conttract MSLs, nurse educators, patient engagement programmes and medical communications
  • Strategic control of product’s IP, strategic marketing and pricing
  • Oversee product launches; plan, develop and execute
  • Make informed and timely decisions that delivers real-time actionable insights across the business 
  • Minimize operational risk by assembling a deeply experience, proven commercialization team that can be rapidly deployed 
  • Coordinate internal and external teams by ensuring seamless integration while maintaining common promotional standards and practices
  • Ensure future flexibility by building near-term value with future strategic alternatives in mind and allowing resources to be used to promote future pipeline assets


Requirements

 

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record in leading a successful team
  • Extensive experience within the APAC region
  • Strategic and able to think out-of-the box
  • Flexibility to travel
