As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for new business development sales and existing business across all distribution channels for group insurance/employee benefits. You have proven leadership experience, and can manage teams to deliver and achieve performance.

 
 
Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve team sales goal (Annualized Premiums and Value of New Business) and meet growth targets across all existing distribution channels
  • To strategize & develop new business channels
  • To provide Senior Leadership and guidance to Business Development Managers (BDMs) and client managers in developing new business and towards achieving their individual targets
  • To plan and initiate activities/events to deepen and foster good business relationship with customers and all distribution channels
  • To review and update training materials/products with the team
  • To do joint visits with intermediaries and/or BDMs to meet up with potential clients
  • To conduct communication sessions for the employees of the new client
  • To provide feedback to business underwriter to enhance products, assist new product development and maintain Corp Solutions competitiveness in the marketplace
  • To work with the Team Leaders to ensure all policy bills are issued with accuracy and timely
  • To ensure all new policies are set up and issued within the stipulated turnaround time

 
Key Requirements

  • Education – Degree Holder
  • Minimum 10 years’ insurance experience in the Employee Benefits space with proven sales & business development track record
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in team management
  • Certifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9
