Our client is one of the leading metering pump manufacturers servicing into the area of FMCG, Chemical, Building, Water, Power and Industrial sector in the region. Our client is currently seeking for a Regional Sales Lead and GM to manage operations and drive sales growth in the APAC region.
The incumbent will need to develop overall country strategy based on market and competitive assessment to drive sales growth with P/L accountabilities. Drive implementation of strategy with local team based on clear performance KPIs. Build up strong sales and technical capabilities with the support of Regional HQ. Lead sales, marketing/communication and demand creation activities based on strategic priorities. Contribute to growing & nurture strong industry networks, interacting and forming strong relationships with key accounts at a senior level. Ensure accurate business forecasting, budgeting and sales planning in collaboration with HQ and In-country Managers. Actively feedback competitive information on pricing, product performance and competitive strategies back to regional HQ.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong industrial B-B sales Industrial network in APAC region. People developing manager with the ability to challenge locally and drive the team to achieve target. Proactive approach to the market with high energy level to constantly engage internal stakeholder with senior client engagement. Good understanding of in-country fluid control / metering pumps sales experience is mandatory.
