Ethos BeathChapman is currently seeking a Project Manager with experience in digital technology and customer information channels for one of our key government clients.
The purpose of this role is to  lead and manage the delivery of Customer Information channels so that planned outcomes are achieved including business benefits realisation, timelines and cost - customer channels include audio, visual displays, mobile apps and text to speech.
We are looking for:
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage diparate internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes
  • End to end experience including business case and project initiation
  • Experience in complex technical environments undergoing significant technology and business change
  • Experience in digital technology - mobile, text to speech/audio, digital announcement boards etc
  • Previous experience delivering in an industrially sensitive operational environment where frontline staff is impacted
  • Qualification in project management such as Prince 2, Agile and SCRUM and/or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of eight years Project Management experience in managing the delivery of projects in Business and IT
