Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key clients is seeking a Program Manager to work across a Business to Customer Engagement and uplift program.  The contract opportunity is initially 6 month engagement with the possibility to extend.
The purpose of the Program Manager will be to directly manage and oversee the delivery of an assigned program of customer uplift projects in collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes.
 
You will be resilient and have Agile project management and engagement skills to prepare and manage projects budgets, assess, evaluate and report on progress, financial status, and benefits realisation against agreed performance measures.
 
Experience required for this role include:
  • Program management experience of up to $50Million in budget and up to 50 direct reports
  • C Level Stakeholder engagement
  • Programs that are lending and simplification focused
  • Strong understanding of risk controls around processes
  • Experience across regulatory and banking industry obligations
  • Strong Agile methodology focus
  • Analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills navigate and drive the program to completion.
  • High level interpersonal and written communication skills in a complex program environment.
