Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key clients is currently a Senior Project Manager with experience to working on large compliance and technology program delivery portfolio.

A leading financial service company is growing their data and risk compliance capabilities across several portfolio's due to increased pressure from regulators within the industry. Their mission is to drive their 'compliance done right' philosophy throughout the organisation as this specialist unit seeks to guide multi-million dollar programs of work through the correct technology and risk life-cycle through through to governance.

Your key focus will involve managing the end to end delivery of the data availability and compliance to provide  
insights to meet the needs of our internal customer and regulators.
The opportunity will enable you to demonstrate your skills in a supportive team structure, that provides an abundance of exposure to the increasingly important analytics and data space.
 
What do I need?
Essential:
  • A minimum of 15+ years’ experience in program delivery of large scale ($15-$20Mil) projects ideally that are business and regulatory, risk, information controls and/or technology driven programs
  • Experience engaging with and managing senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery - business case development through to execution and implementation
  • Experience in delivering technology programs that enhance governance and compliance programs
  • Agile delivery experience (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban)
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMI, CSM)
