An exciting and newly created opportunity exists for an experience Senior Master Scheduler.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the largest PMO's in Australia. Enterprise wide Master Scheduler with first class stakeholder engagement skills is sought.

EXPERTISE
  • Demonstrated experience leading and operating to large complex portfolio/programs/projects
  • Proven expert knowledge of PMO best practice, including delivery frameworks, processes and tools with a practical understanding of how to apply these in a business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic and agile environment that is subject to fast pace of change
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across a broad range of business functions, including senior management, project and strategy teams, and business representatives
  • A detailed understanding of the risk and/or financial services industries
  • Proven expert knowledge in complex program or project scheduling
  • Demonstrated experience in communication with Program Stakeholders and management of stakeholder expectations
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project (MSP) and MS Excel
  • Experience working with Clarity, Jira & Confluence
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
