Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Junior Process Manager with experience in driving strategy through to execution. The contract opportunity is initially 6 months engagement with the view to extend.
 
As a Junior Process Manager, you will be supporting a Value Chain Project, leveraging your experience and external market knowledge to deliver to help uplift, identify as is and to be state processes and support the Senior and Lead Process teams.
 
We’d expect you have a good track record of Process Management experience within the banking and financial services sector, ideally with process mapping knowledge. You will present with excellent problem solving, decisive thinking and strong verbal and written communication skills, ideally paired with stakeholder, project management and influencing skills. You’ll be a highly motivated, self-starter who is tertiary qualified with a degree in a finance related discipline
 
Experienced required includes:
  • Strong process modelling and improvement or re-engineering experience in a financial services
  • Strong understanding process modelling across multiple complex business functions
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • strong communication
  • Strong facilitation experience
  • strong understanding of business drivers (customer, cost, productivity, risk)
Desirable:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Process modelling experience
  • Understanding how technology applications support business process
  • Expertise driving value across business, including improving efficiencies through simplification opportunities
  • Knowledge of risk management and governance frameworks for financial services
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry regulatory environment (APRA, ASIC and BASEL)
  • The position is initially a 6+ month rolling engagement
