Due to ongoing demand across the regulatory space we have multiple opportunities across the banking industry for strong Senior Business  Analysts. Demand increases for those with banking regulatory and business process experience to work on a range of high profile programs. 

Bank regulation is a form of government guidance which subjects banks to certain requirements, restrictions and guidelines, designed to create market transparency between banking institutions and the individuals and corporations with whom they conduct business, among other things.

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts with proven end to end experience who can work with stakeholders from senior executives, to teams that deliver banking products and services. You will have the experience to address business focused regulatory programs against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 

Project examples could include "as is" & future state analysis, regulatory analysis, remediation, customer data collection  and reporting and customer information (legal and marketing).

Engagements are initial 6 month rolling contracts offering a day rate of between $780 + Super a day.

Experience required for this role include:
  • 8+ years as a E2E Business Analyst including process, ideally from a financial services or banking organisation with strong regulatory and compliance project experience
  • Lean Six Sigma - Green belt certification or equivalent (desired)
  • Diverse stakeholder management and engagement
  • Root cause analysis
  • Process mapping and modelling
  • Experience in Agile
  • Ideally from a financial services background
