Our Client a Leading NSW Government Department are looking for a Senior HR Advisor (Grade 7/8) to join their team until the end of June 2021. There may be potential for the role to extend past this point.
The Senior HR Advisor is responsible for supporting the business through providing a range of high quality HR services, enabling the organisation to effectively operationally manage its staff and address all people related issues.
Their Office is located in the CBD although the role will initially be working from home.
Day to Day Duties
Oversee the coordination and monitoring of a variety administrative functions to provide client focused service delivery that complies with all legislative and policy requirements.
Supervise end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including role description evaluation, recruitment, on boarding and off boarding etc
Management of Human Capital Managements (HCM) system
Manage the delivery of internal and external reporting on People & Culture matters
Provide HR advice and/or ensures a course of action is suitable and based on sound evidence
Management of all People and Culture committees and advisory groups
In order to be eligible for this role you will have
Tertiary Education in HR Space
Previous Experience in a Senior HR Role
Experience dealing within GSE Act 2013 is a MUST
Experience in WHS space is highly desirable
Experience working in a NSW Government Department
Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team when required
