This role is working the project and change/communications manager and is responsible for providing competency based training and assessment in a range of technical areas and core technology platforms. It supports the Adoption Manager by coordinating training needs and providing advice on the adoption of relevant technology and training.

Skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high quality training and assessment across a range of technology in a complex corporate/government environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline and/or relevant operational experience/qualifications including Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Solid experience using Office 365 
  • A solid understanding of the integration between training, change and communication
  • Experience with the development and maintenance of training materials and manuals in compliance with endorsed organisational and industry standards to support accreditation
