A major player in the Wealth Management industry is looking for mid level Solution Architects to provide expertise across a large portfolio of business driven change with significant $ investment.

You will be responsible for formulating the future state architecture (business, information systems, technology architectures) for a particular initiative within the portfolio and for providing a high level roadmap for the implementation of the solution architecture. You will be able to take architectural ownership of programs from concept through to execution and work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the group. The main focus is to deliver value to the business by ensuring technology solutions are fit for purpose, well architected and smoothly implemented.

Your day to day responsibilities will range across the following;
  • Accountable for the creation of architecture solutions to meet business requirements, in line with the IT strategy and architecture. Business requirements to be provided by the business analysis team.
  • Provide technical leadership to multi-disciplinary teams for end-to-end solutions by ensuring all facets of the design are integrated into an architecturally compliant implementation
  • Design solutions that are clearly defined and documented within the architecture transformation strategy and architected to ensure that technology decisions align with the overall Enterprise Architecture Framework.
  • Work with the vendors, business analysts and system analysts to design solutions
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following
  • 2 + years’ experience within a designated Solution Architect role
  • Proven ability to provide strategic advice and operational leadership - covering enterprise, technical, information and applications architectures
  • Solid understanding of architecture frameworks and methodologies
  • Previous Banking experience
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape within Financial Services
