This will be a challenging and fulfilling opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate with a polished & professional attitude looking for a Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm on a contract role.
Your role will include, but not be limited to;
Meeting and greeting clients & visitors on arrival
Answering and directing calls
Organising meeting rooms, mail, catering, suppliers and deliveries
Facilitate meeting & function arrangements
Customer Relations and General office Administration
You will also be supporting the recruitment consultants in their daily business activities and project work as well as the support to your fellow executive assistants.
Assisting in developing and update customer profiles and maintain CRM
Work on special projects when assigned
Formatting candidate resumes
Job Posting and Job Ad management
Monthly Expense reimbursement preparation
