This role provides end-to-end coordination and administration of procurement and assurance activities across this division. It includes Procurement Administration, Project and Contract Management, Technical Documentation, Quality and Audit Program Support. Responsibilities include providing advice and guidance on procurement prequalification schemes requirements and support compliance with statutory matters and operational procurement practices; conduction operational sourcing activities; providing reports on procurement and contracts; conducting assurance activities inc quality, risk and control.
Skills and Experience required
  • Proven experience in procurement and project risk management
  • Experience in conducting Quality and Risk Assurance activities
  • Proven ability to plan and conduct audit and quality reviews
  • Good knowledge of Risk and Assurance frameworks
  • Public sector procurement experience
  • The ability to deal with a multiple variety of project, contract, procurement, audit administrative work
  • Very good communications and the ability to build effective relationships to understand customer and stakeholder needs and requirements
  • Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications
