Due to an uplift across the regulatory programs we have requirements across financial services for a dual focus of Senior PMO Coordinator/ Business Project Manager to undergo a new and exciting piece of work.

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-profile program with multiple streams running concurrently. You will provide first line support to the Program Manager and support for the projects team, tracking the progress of priorities and also conducting reporting and program tasks/deliverables.
This is an excellent opportunity/ stepping stone for career progression within program delivery.

End to End PMO Support includes:
  • Collation of committee packs for distribution, documenting minutes etc
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • 2IC to the program manager
  • Supporting the portfolio administration
  • Invoicing and SOW Tracking
  • Program scheduling
  • Offboarding and onboarding of resources
  • Weekly and Monthly Status and Financial Reporting 

Project Management will see you responsible for small project delivery, senior stakeholder engagement and delivery.

Please applying highlight the following requirements for the role:
  • 10 + years’ experience in a project’s environment, some of which have been within Banking/Financial Services and across business and regulatory programs
  • 2-3 years "hands on" project delivery experience ideally in a business or regulatory focus
  • Microsoft Excel experience (Advanced - Pivot Tables) 
  • Strong administration background 
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Weekly and Monthly Status and Financial Reporting 
  • Worked across a project support function across a team of 40+ people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a passion for projects and delivery
  • Financial Services experience (mandatory)
