This role provides end-to-end coordination and administration of procurement and assurance activities across this operations division of a high-profile government organisation. It includes Procurement and Contract support and administration, technical documentation, Quality and Audit Program Support. It provides information and supports matters on operational procurement schemes requirements, compliance matters and operational procurement practices, policies and procedures and manages documentation.
 

Skills and Experience required
 
  • Proven experience in procurement and project risk management support and administration
  • Experience in implement, control and maintain Quality Assurance program
  • Experience in the procurement and contracts support for operational systems
  • Experience with supplier/vendor management
  • Government experience and experience with government procurement and contract management compliance requirements and practices is highly preferred
  • The ability to deal with a multiple variety of project, contract, procurement, audit administrative work
  • Very good communications and the ability to build effective relationships to understand customer and stakeholder needs and requirements
  • Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications
