Our client is a financial services organisation with a focus to transform the way they deliver excellence and innovation.    We currently have a need for a regulatory Senior Business Analyst with AML/ Financial Crime experience to undergo a new and exciting piece of work around data and process analysis, process reengineering/recommendations and remediation.
 
In this role you will be working through the full AML/KYC process, addressing financial crime issues across the financial services 
 
Key Responsibilities Include:
Supporting multiple cross-functional business teams to achieve clearly defined results operating within the project timeframes, and specifications of each deliverable
Managing stakeholders’ relationships and expectations throughout the full project lifecycle 
Conducting stakeholder workshops for requirements analysis 
Requirements documentation: business requirements, system functional/non-functional specifications, user stories, product backlog
‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ business processes
Working through the full AML/KYC process
Interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all mid and senior levels
Analysis and providing creative solutions to complex issues
Understanding and carrying out tasks using techniques documented in the Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs).
 
As the Senior Business Analyst with Anti Money Laundering / Crime Terrorism Finance experience including:
6-8 years working as a Business Analyst 
Banking Financial Services experience - Essential 
Customer Remediation
Business process improvement initiatives.
End-to-end business process re-engineering or business transformation initiative
Proven experienced in process uplift, data extraction, transformation and third-party management 
Experience reporting to or working alongside a regulator 
Process improvement - widespread problems with current state processes and collection of data
