We are hiring!
Due to an uplift across the regulatory programs we have requirements across financial services for a Program Coordinator/ PMO Support to undergo a new and exciting piece of work.

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-profile program with multiple streams running concurrently. You will provide first line support to the Program Manager and support for the projects team, tracking the progress of priorities and also conducting reporting and program tasks/deliverables.

End to End Program Support including

  • Collation of packs for distribution, documenting minutes etc
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support and assist relevant senior project managers
  • Supporting the portfolio administration
  • Invoicing
  • Offboarding and onboarding of resources
  • Weekly and Monthly Reporting 
Please applying highlight the following requirements for the role -
  • 5 + years’ experience in a projects environment, ideally within a regularity program supporting multiple streams
  • Microsoft Excel experience (Advanced - Pivot Tables) 
  • Strong administration background 
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Worked across an administration function across a team of 40+ people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a passion for projects and delivery
  • Financial Services experience
