This organisation is an extraordinary success story. With revenues now in excess of Seven billion dollars, they have grown from a medium sized corporate into a major enterprise. We are currently seeking a Manager - ITIL Service Management  to join their Sydney IT Team.

To be successful in this position you will have the following skills:

  • Experience leading teams that deliver  all aspects of  ITIL Service Management across a complex organisation undergoing significant change and transformation.
  • Lead and champion the development, delivery and continuous improvement of contemporary IT Service Management best practices across a complex organisation.
  • Plan, implement, manage, measure and improve IT Service Management processes and procedures, tools and techniques for monitoring and managing the performance of systems and services to ensure optimal business outcomes.
  • ITIL Certification ideally to Expert Level
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Excellent communication and  presentation skills
