Our Client is seeking an experienced Strategic Program Leader to join the sales organisation of a leading Tier 1 Technology Company. In this exciting Leadership role, you will assist their customers accelerate the adoption of cloud computing services through the creation and delivery of technical and commercial programs of work.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically, and to work within the ANZ start-up innovation team. You will have an in-depth knowledge of product management and/or program management with a deep track record of delivering exceptional results for your Clients and have a strong technical knowledge of cloud and/or developing technologies.
Key requirements for this role:
  • 7+ years of experience in a program management or strategic sales role
  • Experience in a B2B software environment
  • Bring strong collaboration as working within a strong Sales team and you must be confident in influencing to break down silos
  • Strong and demonstrable presentation and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (OKR, Agile)
  • Ability to recognise common themes across the start-up innovation customers
  • As this is part of a Sales Organisation you must  Be able to Maintain a network of contacts within the broader Australian start-up, VC funding environment
this important role serves as a hub across multiple service lines and the Partner Organisation and partners with Customers to help them scale. Perhaps you have worked for a Global Consulting firm or within the end user customer world however you have to have a passion for digital and start-ups to flourish in this role.
