Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key clients is currently seeking senior project manager with ERP (HR, Finance and Human Capital Management) experience to drive and deliver a Cloud based solution based on the northern beaches.
 
The position joins a dedicated team focused on delivering a digital transformation uplift with a cloud solution implementation.

Responsibilities include:
  • Stakeholder engagement and management including senior management, employees and our implementation partner
  • Prepare and manage project plans and schedules
  • Work closely with the change management in line with project
  • Identify, monitor and manage issues and risk
  • Monitor and manage dependencies affecting the project
  • Manage budget and prepare/manage business case for additional support/functionality
  • Provide regular status updates on project
  • Work collaboratively with the business to solve problems
Experience required:
  • 7+ Years Project Management Experience
  • Previous experience  on‑demand (cloud-based) financial management and human capital management software vendor. Experience with financial, procurement, supply chain etc modules
  • Previous experience consolidating multiple ERP systems or modules like but not limited to SAP Successfactors, Oracle or Work Day
  • Previous experience with project budgets, frameworks and resource management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated End to end project delivery experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
