Skills & Experience required:
  • Excellent Windows and Active Directory skills.
  • Strong Microsoft SQL skills.
  • Excellent IT Support skills across a multisourced organisation.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt to new technologies as required.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
  • Understanding of business process implications of critical systems.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • Tertiary Qualifications highly desirable.
