This role sits within the Corporate /Shared Services Division and is responsible for delivering projects through the full project life cycle. Projects are part of a Shared Services business transformation to improve Shared/Corporate Services technology, processes and quality.

Responsibilities include business case development and project initiation, reporting and governance to effectively manage the pipeline, working with multiple stakeholders in a large multi-vendor and federated environment.

Exp with Service Now is beneficial but not mandatory
Experience and Skills required:
  • Demonstrated solid experience managing projects and shared services improvement initiatives from end to end - business case development, scope definition, planning, implementation
  • Experience delivering transformation projects in Contact Centre and Shared Services technology, Service Desk (ServiceNow ideal) and processes
  • Strong project discipline including governance and reporting
  • Proven experience in preparing scope and business cases for more ambiguous or complex projects including cost and resource impacts in large scale, federated and multi-vendor environments in government
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or professional qualifications
