A Leading Service Provider (SP) Client has an important requirement for a Principal Cyber Security Consultant (PC) to partner with their key customers. It goes without saying at a Principal level you will bring a demonstrable track record in Cyber Security Consulting Services.
In this key position you will:
  • challenge the status quo and break new ground in the pursuit of innovative cyber defence strategies for the clients.
  • actively manage senior level relationships with clients and senior executives.
  • On occasion, the role holder may be required to perform short-term consulting engagements focused on Security architecture development, Security service automation, Cloud security consulting, Cyber security maturity assessment, SOC consulting, Data Security, cyber security program management and program tracking.
  • seek opportunity and innovative ways to expand the business scope of new and existing contracts, ensuring all new business opportunities.
  • realise new opportunities and embrace and assimilate new ways of working.
  • plan and executes joint activities with customers.
  • assist pre-sales teams to optimise sales efforts.
  • continuous liaison and proactively assists the sales teams to ensure closure of the business opportunity.
  • develop successful and sustainable long-term Security business relationships with clients.
You will need to have:
  • extensive consulting experience with a proven track record in security with strong technical and service background in security
  • extensive client-facing experience with stakeholder management and influencing skills, from senior level down to working level
  • proven knowledge of security risk management concepts and processes.
  • been recognised as a true practitioner in security management, network, information and people security.
  • experience in AWS, Azure, google cloud security, architecture and monitoring
  • DevSecOps experience on hybrid cloud ecosystem.
  • exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • able to quickly build and maintain relationships at the most senior levels.
  • ability to lead others on an actual or virtual basis.
  • commercial understanding, including pricing models and business cases, and experience of project planning and delivery.
  • experience in OT landscape are plus.
