One of our Global Service Provider (SP) Client’s has a requirement for a Senior Service Management Executive to partner with one of their key customers. You will bring a demonstrable track record in relationship management and possess deep operational knowledge throughout the entire service life cycle.
In this important role you will:
  • hold accountability for the overall success of Customer accounts while in Service, assuring Customer intimacy and business value within the agreed cost envelope and SLA parameters
  • ensure the highest possible standards of profitable Customer service with clear delineated handoffs between design, delivery and in-life teams to maximize productivity and improve performance
  • contribute to the development of the skills and capabilities within the Customer success discipline
  • own a group of Customers (or a single significant Customer) account(s) as the senior service owner and Customer advocate
  • Work closely with account management team to manage and develop key customer stakeholder relationships
  • set the strategy and direction for the service and delivery strategy for owned account(s), outlining key service priorities
  • Hold accountability for delivery against contractual SLAs and key business measures across the team
  • be considered the Customer champion - establishing Customer needs, use operational and technical expertise to deliver brilliant experiences.
  • be a commercial thinker - Use understanding of internal commercial insight and latest external thinking to develop, and implement ideas that benefit the service provider
  • solution focused achiever - Identify and implement plans to overcome obstacles and achieve ambitious goals
To be considered for this important role you will need to have:
  • strong customer engagement, ideally in telecommunications or SP within the security line of business
  • excellent project and program management experience
  • strong governance experience and knowledge
  • possess strong product knowledge of cyber security solutions
