Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Change Manager with experience in driving strategy through to execution.  The contract opportunity is initially 6 months engagement with the view to extend.
As part of this division you will work closely with key business stakeholders effectively elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and customer facing systems.
The environment is well versed with a range of project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile you will support the team to prioritise requirements, initiatives and allocate of funds for future investment through the preparation of business cases.

Experienced required includes:

  • 3+ years xperience in managing and implementing small to medium sized initiatives in projects or change.
  • Assist the design and strategy, implement the plan and drive the implementation
  • Ability to understand the impacts and define the activities
  • Experience in an agile environment or evidence of the qualities & capabilities that a change professional needs to be able to work in an interactive, fast paced, often ambiguous Agile environment.
  • And, if you’ve driven change in a true agile environment, that would be great too!
