This role will is responsible for  end to end design and delivery of change as part of a signifant Office 365 roll-out. This includes the development of the change approach and plans to facilitate adoption; the development of employee communications in conjuntion with the corporate Communications team; determining the digital engagement  channels; working  with the digital learning and design teams to create appropriate materiel.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated background in Change and Communication management for enterprise wide IT infrastructure technology programs
  • Strong understanding of Office365 environment
  • Strong background in managing the delivery of project communication and stakeholder engagement through digital channels
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with recognised Change Management metholodogy and ability to align change deliverables to project delivery
  • Graphic design skills are desirable
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional qualifications
