This manages the implementation of the Product line model (Spotify model) for the Corporate Service Desk. This includes working with the business stakeholders and IT to support the change from a functional team based model to a Product line model . Advanced Business engagement and stakeholder management and experience with SAFe Scaled Agile is key, so is some experience with Service Now and/or end to end Corporate Services.
There is potential for longterm contract or permanent.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as Product Manager and/or Product Owner in a SAFe Agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end to end ICT Services/Service Desk
  • Experience in using SAFe Agile, Scrum and Agile practices and methodology
  • Exceptional business engagement and business stakeholder management
  • Strong technical understanding of ICT Services and technology to ensure technical review and product roadmap alignment - knowledge of Service Now, packaged software and integration, applications
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Relevant tertiairy qualifications
