Looking for a UX Designer to provide a fresh approach to the design of solutions for an enterprise Digital Front Office platform for one of the 'big four' banks.

This role is based in Sydney CBD and offering a salary of up to $160K + super plus a number of company benefits.

The Solution Design team is currently working within the Pre-traden Transformation Project, which is a multi-year initiative to revolutionise Financial Markets front office, providing a streamlined user experience with frictionless compliance outcomes.

You'll be working to inject best practice customer experience ideas based on your background with other financial markets or similar complex industries, that will assist in future proofing our designs in a competitive market.

Your experience:

  • Experienced in research, workshop facilitation, customer journeys, usability and blueprinting the information architecture and interaction design.
  • Worked on large scale projects with the ability to converge large sets of complex data and functions together
  • Worked in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver insight-driven solutions, advocate design solutions and gain stakeholder buy in
  • Can demonstrate a solid track record of creating intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation
  • Have experience working in Agile UX & Development team
  • Experience with and passion for user-interface design.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces (UIs).
  • Experience in development or prototyping.
  • Experience with Sketch and Adobe CS products, and native or web prototyping tools.
