How will I help?
As part of the enterprise stress testing team, you will contribute to forming scenarios, identifying inputs, assessing methodologies, performing calculations, reviewing results, making presentation and formulating action plans. You will be provided with technical and analytical support by the stress testing team and other areas within Risk Analytics and Insights.
Specifically, as part of this role, you will be the primary partner to the Institutional Bank business and the Treasury Function and support their stress testing requirements with high quality analysis and insights. You will work with them to develop leading capabilities and ensure that stress testing is embedded within their risk, financial and business management process. This will include keeping abreast of industry and regulatory developments to communicate and recommend improvements.

What do I need?
You will have deep understanding of institutional/wholesale banking, funding and markets activities:
  • At least 10 years’ experience in risk, finance and operations related to financial markets or Treasury operation.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial markets, trading portfolios, market risk,
  • Strong understanding of systems infrastructure and internal/external reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work within a high performing team
  • Strong attention to and ability to absorb detail and complexity
