A new opportunity for a Cyber Security Advisory Practice Manager has been created to work within a large enterprise organisation to lead and provide cyber security advice and consulting activities on cyber security strategy, architecture and design, practice service offerings, cyber security tooling, and actively contributing to security standards, processes and procedures.
You will lead an internal security consultancy practice, which will involve managing effective security engagement on enterprise wide projects and initiatives.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, maintaining and improving the Security Advisory Operating Model.
Building effective and sustainable ways of delivering security professional services.
Improving existing service offerings and developing new ones.
Working together with other functions on refining service offerings, security solutions and security practices.
Establishing reporting capabilities for the Security Advisory Practice that will contribute to the overall reporting.
Ensuring all managed security platforms and tools are properly designed and integrated with the existing digital ecosystem.
What we're looking for in you:
Demonstrated experience in building business functions and operating models
Demonstrated experience in leading complex organizational changes
Extensive experience in leading and managing highly specialized teams
Demonstrated experience in service management, capability frameworks and marketing strategies
Extensive experience in providing technology designs, solutions
Extensive experience in building and providing technical services to large and complex organizations with both centralized and federated model of operations
High-level written and verbal communication skills, and the
Sound knowledge of and experience in the application of contemporary technology management principles, practices and reporting standards.
This is an initial 12month contract that will see become the "front door" to all things cyber security and requires an individual with exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills that is able to build credibility quickly and improve the current stature and presence of the Advisory practice across the organisation.
