About the Role A Team Leader, Web Specialist is needed for a 6-month Fixed term contract based close to Central Station. The successful candidate will support the organisations business functions by delivering innovative, industry aligned, and appropriately scoped technology solutions across the enterprise applications platforms and services.
Scope, develop, review and manage the web site and web applications
Recruit and manage the web specialist team and provide induction and ongoing support to them
Advise on best practices in web development and content management practices to achieve online objectives
Develop and maintain close working relationships with managers and teams across the across the Business; establishing a collaborative work style that captures customers’ needs and stakeholder requirements
Drive operational excellence across the web specialist team services, ensuring high performance
2-3 years’ experience managing and leading teams
Scoping, planning, developing and implementing web sites and web applications
Interpretation of web metrics
Image manipulation and processing for the web
Extensive experience in content management of websites
Familiarity with content management systems, particularly Drupal and SharePoint
