The Role
 
This is a senior sales appointment. The objective of the role is [through solutions sales] to build and manage a client portfolio of insurance companies in Australia and New Zealand.

Broadly, the responsibilities will be to:
  • Develop sales strategy and oversee sales campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Provide thought leadership to clients and colleagues
The solutions are Enterprise Risk and Regulatory Compliance solutions (e.g. financial crime, compliance, anti-money laundering, KYC, due diligence, onboarding). 

The company's market penetration and footprint is strong across the financial services industry in A/NZ, therefore there are notable reference points and case studies.

The role reports to a highly-experienced and accomplished sales director and business leader.

It's important that you have:
  • Sold software or services into the financial services industry, preferably insurance
  • New business development experience and a track record of success
  • The ability to articulate complex business and technology solutions
  • Drive, ambition, focus, self-sufficiency and goal-orientation
The Reward
