This organisation is an extraordinary success story, they have grown from a medium sized corporate into a major enterprise and are seeking an IT Knowledge Manager to join their IT team in Sydney.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Excellent IT Knowledge Management experience within a Service Management environment
  • Experience developing and managing a Knowledge Management framework, database and processes.
  • Ability to drive the effectiveness of the Knowledge Management process
  • Ability to provide daily and weekly reporting to stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks while delivering high quality outputs.
  • Superior Customer Service skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to collaborate, delegate, facilitate, and negotiate as needed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications, computing industry/business certifications or substantial equivalent experience in the information technology industry.
