Looking for a Service Desk Analyst for a 3 month contract role at a government organization based in the Central Coast, NSW?
 
The essential requirements for this role are:
IM&T Service Desk support, customer service, documentation, knowledge transfer.
  • Extensive Help Desk experience in a large organisation.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good 1st level knowledge of IT systems and networking
  • Knowledge of ITIL (IT Service Management processes
