We are looking for an experienced Lead UX Designer to the Customer Journey Program for an enterprise corporate.
This role will be leading the strategy for a team of 4 designers, collaborating regularly with the Data team, as well as other members of the Design centre which is made up of various mini teams. 
The current project is beyond the re-platform stage and we are looking for a senior candidate to help manage the customer journey and the development of the digital experiences within industry products.

This role is 100% hands on.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design customer-centric, quality experiences that drive satisfaction, retention and deliver business value.
  • Owns and leads the design process from strategy, to flows, wireframes, prototypes, to user testing, etc.
  • Ensure consistent and quality experiences and design output across teams and channels in line with company Experience Design principles.
  • Be a core contributor to UX discovery process, assists in validating concepts and features.
  • Helps the team to effectively design solutions and interactions, ranging from small feature iterations to larger, complex, greenfield experiences
  • Coach team and individuals to enhance their proficiency in design and business practices and approaches.
  • Collaborates with the Experience Design Manager and other Lead Designers to build a cohesive Experience Design practice.
Skills & Experience
  • Design practice gained through a mix of environments including large corporate design teams (client side).
  • Ability to lead the strategy and manage/reshape the customer journey
  • Exposure to leading a team and supporting other designers to produce quality and grow within their
  • role.
  • UX research (quant & qual in investigation and validation methods).
  • Understanding of tech frameworks
  • Experience of working closely with the Data team and Front-end developers to deliver designs
  • Background in UX Research
  • Strong stakeholder management
