Our client is currently going through an exciting phase of change and innovation around end-user technology and focusing and providing better tools and technologies for their large and diverse user community.
As a result of increased engagement across the business, the Enterprise Collaboration team are looking for an additional member to undertake engineering activities such as cloud platform configuration, platform monitoring and analysis, data discovery and reporting, and using scripting to drive automation and eliminate manual tasks.
The role of Collaboration Engineer will also require you to:
  • Establish and incubate “proof of concepts” in the spirit of test and learn and fail fast
  • Provide technical expertise and solution guidance to internal clients
  • Extract data for reporting purposes to generate insights on Enterprise Collaboration products and services
  • Assess efficacy of risk controls in the platform
  • Create solution design artefacts to align with solution architectures.
  • Document as-built/configured state for Enterprise Collaboration products and services.
  • Support the production of solution architectures that leverage on-premises and cloud technologies that align with strategy, reference architectures, technology roadmaps and patterns
What we’re looking for in you:
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering IT solutions to corporate, enterprise and/or government.
  • Highly proficient in Office 365 Services including Teams, Yammer, SharePoint and general Office 365 tenant management
  • Highly Proficient in PowerShell to interface with Office 365 cloud services (including Microsoft Graph API).
  • Proficient in Exchange On-Premise, Hybrid and Online
  • Proficient in Office 365 Security and compliance including e-discovery
  • Experience with Azure AD and Active Directory
  • Exposure to ADFS and Azure AD SSO
  • Exposure to Group Policy and Intune
  • Understanding of core networking concepts including firewall and DNS
  • Understanding of Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC), Microsoft Identity Manager, and general identity lifecycle management practices
  • Ability to identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
This is fantastic long-term contract, offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects and stakeholders within an organisation undergoing significant investment in their technology and tools.
